Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro are hitting all those early relationship milestones: a trip to the beach, watching a match at Wimbledon, and now, the 2025 Venice Film Festival. Classic couple stuff!

The pair arrived in Venice, hand-in-hand, ahead of the premiere of Garfield’s latest film, the Luca Guadagnino-directed After the Hunt. Unlike his co-star, Julia Roberts, Garfield declined to wear the director’s face emblazoned on a cardigan. Instead, the actor opted for pieces from Jonathan Anderson’s Dior debut, wearing a crisp pale blue button-down rolled up to his elbows and a pair of navy trousers with a slit that revealed his multicolored Dior plimsolls. Barbaro also met the moment in a sumptuous forest green bomber jacket, also by Dior, which she wore with slouchy black trousers and black ballet flats. Because couples who wear Jonathan’s Dior together, stay together. (Just ask Rihanna, Rocky, and the kids).
Garfield and Barbaro hit the red carpet separately at the After the Hunt premiere—though they were united in their Dior looks. Garfield dressed in Anderson’s disheveled vision in a sky blue double-breasted jacket and trousers, with a button-down, open to the chest, and an undone tie. Barbaro modeled another preview of what we can expect from Anderson’s forthcoming womenswear collection in a black pleated top and a sweeping skirt, tied at the hip.
