Sue me, but summer is the most fun season to dress for. You don’t need all those hefty winter layers, and you are usually putting together an outfit to go somewhere fun—whether that’s a full-on beach day, or a quaint barbecue gathering. Still, those scorching hot temperatures can often make looking chic a challenge. But fear not: If there’s one group to look to for fresh style inspiration, it’s off-duty top models.

This season, tons of runway stars have been serving impeccable outfits on their time off—many of which are worth replicating on those days when you simply cannot come up with a good look. And you can trust them, too: Given top talents like Bella and Gigi Hadid, Vittoria Ceretti, and Anok Yai are no stranger to rocking high-fashion, their own personal style tends to be just as elevated on their days off.

Some stylish ensembles spotted this summer? Hailey Bieber stepped out in polka-dotted capri leggings, while Anok Yai dialed up a velour sweatsuit with a Louis Vuitton Speedy bag. (Very Y2K.) Unsurprisingly, denim—a forever model-off-duty staple—has been a popular piece, too. Models like Irina Shayk chose a straight-leg, light-wash pair with a classic white button-up, while Adwoa Aboah went the baggier and more distressed route while at Glastonbury.
