Roszak made use of her own products to achieve the look, firstly, using the RŌZ Santa Lucia styling oil to prep Stone’s hair, to “create that sleek smooth shine that holds.”

Then, once blown out smooth, she flipped the ends ever so slightly outward to give a little bit of separation, and added the RŌZ evergreen style cream to add extra definition, “piece out” the flippy ends for a slightly softer style, and to add some guaranteed hold.

“The LV shows are always breathtaking, the environment is old world and opulent, while the clothes bring a modernity—her look reflected this to me,” Roszak adds. “A bit ’90s, yet very modern.”

While Stone looks to be firmly back on team bob’s side, it’s actually the longest her hair has been in some time. The actor and recent Vogue cover star shaved her head for Yorgos Lanthimos’s latest film Bugonia, and wore wigs and hats in public throughout filming. And in the months since, Stone has been gracefully growing out her hair, with a pixie cut a la Rosemary’s Baby.

For the Louis Vuitton afterparty, Stone changed into a simple black LBD and showed off more of her silky new bob. This time, Roszak styled her hair into an of-the-moment side part with a gentle flick at the ends. “’90s flair,” she said.

It’s also a slightly darker, fall-ready shade of red for Stone. Back when it was super cropped, Stone wore her (naturally blonde) hair in an ashy brunette shade. As it’s grown, she’s added in more delicate shades of auburn and reddish chestnut. For years, despite her natural hair color, Stone has been considered a signature red head. In part, thanks to her major roles in films like La La Land, where she sported a deep copper shade. Never afraid of a major hair switch-up, Stone has dabbled in milky and icy blondes, and donned a long, raven-haired wig for her Oscar-winning performance in Poor Things. Back in August, her favorite hair colorist colorist, Tracey Cunningham, shared a behind-the-scenes look at Stone’s hair color journey, with a “luminous copper auburn” that she dubbed “spiced sienna.” Whether it’s some natural color fading or a considered tweak for fall, Stone stays wedded to red.
