In case you missed it: earlier this summer, Hailey Bieber sold her company, Rhode, to Elf Beauty for $1 billion. It seems that those extra zeroes in her bank account have galvanized Bieber to loosen up her business attire.
In the past, she’s worn archival Mugler and masculine Saint Laurent suiting, but today, Bieber eschewed the power suit for something flowy and feminine. To celebrate her Rhode launch at Sephora, she wore a dove gray top with a plunging V-neck and bell sleeves, which she paired with a matching miniskirt. She styled the look with a pair of clear-framed oval sunglasses, gray satin pumps, and hoop earrings.

Bieber’s take on the skirt suit wasn’t the only workwear interpretation in her arsenal. She departed Times Square dressed in a pair of crisp, black flared trousers and a buttery leather blazer that appears to be a vintage Yves Saint Laurent by Tom Ford. (A similar blazer was purchased on The RealReal for $577.50.) Bieber sexed up her businesswear, a black lacy bra peeking out from beneath the two-button blazer.
While we aren’t necessarily saying that a micro mini and lingerie are welcome in every workplace, Hailey Bieber is definitely making the rules in the Rhode office. No HR violations here!
